How will I receive digital print?

After placing your order for a digital print from Thea Creative, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to download your high-resolution digital file. The link will be valid for a specified period, typically 30 days, allowing you to access and download your digital print at your convenience. If you encounter any issues or have any questions about accessing your digital print, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
When will I receive my digital print?

At Thea Creative, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital prints in a timely manner. Once you place your order, the production process for your digital print begins. Our standard production time is 3-5 business days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and any additional customisations you may have requested. We strive to ensure that your personalised digital print is created and emailed to you as efficiently as possible, so you can start enjoying your custom artwork without delay.
When will I receive my physical product?

Once your artwork is complete we will use Royal Mail to deliver your item. This typically takes 2-3 working days. Please allow 2 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us about a missing delivery.
What if you don't have the exact design I want?

If you cannot find the exact design you would like on our site or if you would like a variation of one of our designs, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help you.
Can I use my digital print for Commercial use?

All digital prints purchased on Thea Creative are for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited
